Client Services Coordinator

Client Services Coordinator Description:

– Provide support for the firm’s clients and management team

– Assists with developing, writing and distributing press releases

– Assists with media relations including but not limited to pitching story ideas on behalf of clients, researching media development opportunities and scheduling press interviews

– Assists with planning and executing a wide range of special events including fundraisers for nonprofits and political figures, statewide association conferences, and others

– Proofing written materials to be used for print or electronic media venues including websites, newspapers, blogs and TV/Radio appearances and commercials

– Monitoring of media outlets for news items of interest to the firm or it’s clients

– Building and maintaining media lists and relationships with both statewide and nationwide media outlets

– Assists in communications with printers, graphic designers, and other firm relationships with vendors

– Other public relations, marketing and communications tasks to be determined by experience and/or firm need

 

 

Availability times:

Monday – Friday, about 20-25 hours a week.

– Ability to work with others, exceptional communication skills

– Ability to effectively write and proofread communications

– Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously

– Adherence to deadlines and budget

– Reliable and trustworthy

– Professional in both appearance and demeanor

 

Pay rate:

Unpaid
