JOB SUMMARY:

The primary function of each employee is to help United Solutions achieve its Mission:

Responsibilities include assisting with activities relative to marketing programs and initiatives that are designed to further United Solutions’ mission.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to social media efforts, including the company blog
Assist in the creation of printed materials, press releases, e-mail campaigns, etc.
Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
Assist with planning and execution of trade shows
Perform analysis of marketing and sales data as needed
Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, or other documents
Enter contact information into contact management systems as needed
Maintain tracking report of public relations activity
Maintains a professional and courteous attitude with staff and business contacts
Communicates with supervisor regarding all pertinent problems, irregularities, new development, changes and other important information within area of responsibility
Performs other duties as assigned and support alls areas of the company and its affiliates

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of the principles of marketing
Strong understanding of social media and how it applies to marketing.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, solve practical problems and write routine reports and correspondence
Experience with email marketing tools, such as Constant Contact, is a plus
Experience with video production and/or editing a plus
Graphic Design experience, Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator, and Web Design helpful
Creative and innovative.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
Ability to work across departmental boundaries to complete tasks
Ability to elicit cooperation from other departments
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
