This is a paid internship and will be given course credit.

The Company

Thomas Howell Ferguson P.A. CPAs is a full-service certified public accounting firm founded in 1993. We have approximately 75 professionals in two locations including Tallahassee and Tampa.

The Position

The intern position will be working with the Senior Manager of Marketing & Business Development and the Marketing Coordinator and will be responsible for supporting the following:

*Maintain existing website

*Design layout for ads, invitations, and programs

*Monitor analytics of website and Google search engines

*Explore all aspects of social media for updates, promotions, events, etc.

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-motivated student who is passionate about website design, social media, and must be a detail oriented person. Minimum qualifications the candidate must meet are:

*Must have excellent design skills and be competent in color theory and layout

*Experienced in hand-coding valid HTML and CSS

*Working knowledge of Photoshop and/or InDesign

*Must be highly skilled at paying attention to details

*Must understand Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn functionality and purpose

*Must dress in appropriate business attire
