Data Specialist

Duties include:

Perform queries and exports/imports in the database in support of the Alumni Association membership and gift processing program.
Merge and review data from the database into spreadsheet or word processing documents.
Assist in the design and testing of system enhancements to maintain the security and integrity of the Alumni Association’s data.
This is a full-time, A&P position.

Media Specialist

Duties include:

Assist with the development, planning and implementation of communication and marketing efforts, with an emphasis on drafting, editing and proofreading all forms of written communication.
Writing, editing and proofreading copy for advertisements, eblasts, publications, website and collateral materials for the association.
Perform various media relations tasks, including writing news releases and media advisories, creating media lists, working with other units to disburse releases and tracking news stories.
Identify story ideas, conducts research and develops content for the association’s print and online publications.
This is a time-limited, full-time position; schedule is 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Program Coordinator

Duties include:

Plan, coordinate and execute all Constituent group programming and communications.
Serve as an adviser for the Emeritus Alumni Society Board and the Black Alumni Association.
Provide guidance with the structuring of program procedures, policies and standards designed to assist constituent groups when conducting and evaluating programs.
Support strategic development efforts in the areas of Constituent Relations and Reunion Planning.
This is a full-time, A&P position.

Webmaster

Duties include:

Update and manage the Association’s website through our existing content management system.
Design and distribute all mass electronic email communications with alumni.
Assist with the development of statistical reports to evaluate electronic communication efforts, including web usage.
Work with Communications team to develop integrated marketing and communication efforts for Association programming.
This position is time-limited. Requires a minimum of 30 hours per week between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
