Responsibilities
Provide system support to scanning and evaluation unit of Assessment & Testing.
Troubleshoot technical problems related to hardware, software, and networking at
Assessment & Testing, specifically in support of Course Evaluation system.
Design, implement, and maintain specific technical solutions to meet internal and
external testing requirements.
Participate in planning and design of future technical solutions in support of Assessment & Testing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other appropriate degree and two years experience related to the duties of this position; or a high school diploma/equivalency and six year of experience related to the duties of this position.
(Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years)
Experience with applicable computer software and operating systems.
Experience with data gathering, analysis, testing methodologies, practices and techniques.
Experience with computer operations, functions, and related peripherals.
Experience interfacing business applications with other systems.
Experience documenting existing and new processes.
Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
Criminal History Background Ck
This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
Pay Plan
This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.
