This position will provide hardware and software troubleshooting and support to internal users. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to: solving general computer related hardware and peripheral issues, solving general software related issues, and troubleshootingnetworking and/or connectivity issues. Interns will have the opportunity to get hands on experience, and work hand in hand with IT personnel. General pc troubleshooting skills are preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is
preferred.
