Assistant Professor: Computer-Mediated Communication @ Nanyang Technological University

NTU’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information seeks new faculty colleagues with a strong record of high-quality research and a commitment to mentoring the next generation of communication and information scholars.

We are searching for a scholar who studies computer-mediated communication (CMC) in any of several social contexts, including personal relationships, group decision-making, commerce and health, among others. We are defining CMC broadly to include mobile telephony, internet, social media, and other forms of computer-mediated communication technologies. The successful candidate will have a record of research published in strong academic journals, an agenda for seeking external funding, and a commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
