Position Description

• first/second-level problem-determination for office/warehouse related computer and network problems
• assist personnel with hardware, software and application problems
• report and troubleshoot desktop\server\application problems
• answering phones and logging incidents, and
• maintaining a good understanding of PCs and networked systems.

Required Qualifications

• one or more years of experience working within a corporate environment supporting desktops/ servers/ applications
• one or more years of customer service and phone support experience
• one or more years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
• excellent attendance and punctuality record
• excellent problem-determination / solving skills
• be able to handle a variety of tasks must work well on their own as well as in a team environment
• demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work, and a and responsibilities
• commitment to Publix and our Mission.

Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in December. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
