Service Desk Agent (Document Processing / Data Entry)

Part Time: Up to 29 Hours per Week
Starting Pay: $10 per hour

Do you want to be a part of a growing technology firm in Tallahassee? Brandt Information Services, Inc. is looking for motivated, qualified candidates to support project operations for state wildlife agency customers as a Service Desk Agent (Document Processing / Data Entry). The Agent will work with a team to process incoming vessel registration applications and associated documents. The Agent will review applications / documents, enter data, and process applications accurately and in a timely manner based on established policies and procedures covered during training.

Responsibilities:
Reviewing incoming applications and documents for vessel registration, ensuring documents are complete and include all required data;
Data entry – including entering application data into an online solution to process applications, validating information, and reviewing applications for accuracy.
The Specialist will be responsible for entering all data timely and accurately with minimal to no errors.
Assigning tickets / tasks for customer follow ups to complete registrations.
Following policies and procedures to process applications, ensuring all processing adheres to procedural requirements as defined during training.

Requirements:
This position requires critical thinking, strong computer and internet skills, professionalism, strong written and verbal communication skills, and very strong attention to detail. All applicants are required to take a typing test and a basic computer literacy test.
