We are a small, fast-growing company of 20 people, forming a closely knit team of software engineers and customer support technicians. The company has a reputation for providing effective, efficient software with a high level of customer  service for county Supervisors of Elections and the Division of Elections at Florida’s Department of State.

Job Qualifications
• Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree
• Verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential
• Written communication skills are very important
• The ideal candidate will possess a degree in information technology, business, communications, education, or a similar field
• They must demonstrate the ability to acquire job skills quickly and show great flexibility in adapting to changing needs
• They must enjoy working with people but be able to focus on and promptly resolve customer issues

Job Description
• Testing new company software, troubleshooting software problems
• Providing phone support for customer software questions
• Training customers on the use of the company’s software and hardware
• Occasional periods of travel will be required
