Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010-2013. Basic understanding of operating systems, network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- Experience with computer operations, functions, and related peripherals
- Experience with documenting processes (new and existing).
- Experience working successfully in a team-oriented environment.
- Professional demeanor and proper office and telephone etiquette are essential.
- Strong communication skills required, including ability to communicate effectively orally and draft basic business correspondence.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the phone. Must be organized.
- Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, or modifies computer hardware, multimedia equipment, and related devices. Installs and customizes application software.
- Trains users on basic computer functions, software, or multimedia equipment to facilitate and enhance their work experience.
- Coordinate support tickets and resources as necessary to resolve customer issues.
- Able to work multiple customer issues while providing high level customer satisfaction .
- Follow up with customers to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved within the contracted time frame.
- Courteously and tactfully handle customer support issues in a professional manner.
