To provide training which, fosters and develops career growth.
FBMC’s policy regarding our Internship Training Program is strictly to provide short term training and professional development opportunities to Interns through the methods outlined in the company’s Internship Policy.
The primary incentive in this program is to obtain hands on experience, mentoring, employee shadowing, and professional development opportunities.
Interns will develop skills vitally important in today’s business environment including team-based interaction, the ability to manage outcomes without having direct authority over others, and the capability to aid in the definition and the direction of various initiatives.
Internship Opportunity

Description:
The Communications intern will perform quality assurance checks of marketing materials and production management. The intern will be expected to participate in project and department meetings as deemed necessary.
Duties:
Participates in the planning of client enrollments
Participates in production management
Conducts quality assurance of enrollment and marketing materials
Compares purchase orders to invoices received to ensure accuracy
Provides administrative support
Participates in departmental and cross-functional meetings
Follows established timelines
Qualifications:
Detail Oriented
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word and Excel
Technical Writing experience
