Description – This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of custom web applications and Oracle SQL development used by staff of the Board of Governor and of the 11 public universities. Requires knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript and HTML; related education and work experience. Applicants must possess initiative and a strong work ethic, strong interpersonal, communication, and excellent time management skills; the ability to work in a team environment with changing and multiple priorities; initiative; design, develop, write, test, and debug computer programs; perform research and analysis; strong analytical and problem solving; communicate effectively; and make recommendations after thorough analysis.

Education/Experience – Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences/management information systems and 2 years of experience as described; or bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience as described; 4 years of experience as described and other related education. Experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
