SPECIAL NOTES:
ITIL v3 certification is preferred.  Applicants are required to have 2 years experience with Server 2003 and 2008 setup and administration in network environment and 2 years experience with IIS6 in a production environment.  Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting web applications, administration of VMware and Hyper-V production environments and supporting FileNet image systems environments and web services application/server integration is required.

Etc.); of remote communication software; of Microsoft IIS (OOS6, etc.); of Active Directory; of recognized industry-wide backup and storage solutions; of ITIL.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Act as administrator by performing technical and administrative duties associated with directing the planning, designing, updating, patching, testing and enhancing of the content management servers and applications (i.e.: Filenet IS/P8, Laserfiche, SharePoint, Visiflow).  Maintain/resolve FileNet web services application/server integration.  Restore production and development servers to functionality after critical failures, including data restoration as required.  Develop, maintain and test current disaster recovery procedures.  Ensure systems backups are in place.  Provides support of system software through diagnosis of problems and implementation of changes to resolve problems and maintain software at the most current level.  Establishes methods and procedures for maintenance support, and Disaster Recovery (DR) of the Filenet IS/P8, Laserfiche, Visiflow, & SharePoint systems and their associated servers and image client applications.  Coordinates and ensures standard implementation of policies, procedures and systems operations.  Performs comprehensive planning for the implementation of system software (operating system, telecommunications, data base, imaging software, and other program products).  Provides consultation and technical assistance to Department managers, users, consultants and staff to determine information resource needs and define systems requirements.  Coordinates business area testing of new and modified applications.  Coordinates acquisition of and contracting for network hardware, software and services including maintenance.  Writes and maintains documentation (including security, DR, infrastructure, versions, setup/configure, etc.) on all supported systems.  Performs related duties as required.
