Wayne A. Wiegand, F. William Summers Professor at The Florida State University School of Library and Information Studies, has been named as a “Visiting Scholar-in-Residence” at the Winter Park Institute of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida for the 2009-2010 academic year. In that capacity, he will teach a course about the history of book censorship in the United States during the fall semester, give several public lectures in the Orlando area during the spring semester, and visit Rollins College campus classes for invited presentations.
