Program Purposes & Objectives
 To provide training which, fosters and develops career growth.
 FBMC’s policy regarding our Internship Training Program is strictly to provide short term training and professional development opportunities to Interns through the methods outlined in the company’s Internship Policy.
 The primary incentive in this program is to obtain hands on experience, mentoring, employee shadowing, and professional development opportunities.
 Interns will develop skills vitally important in today’s business environment including team-based interaction, the ability to manage outcomes without having direct authority over others, and the capability to aid in the definition and the direction of various initiatives.

Pay: $10 per hour

Description:
The Communications intern will perform quality assurance checks of marketing materials and production management. The intern will be expected to participate in project and department meetings as deemed necessary.
Duties:
 Participates in the planning of client enrollments
 Participates in production management
 Conducts quality assurance of enrollment and marketing materials
 Compares purchase orders to invoices received to ensure accuracy
 Provides administrative support
 Participates in departmental and cross-functional meetings
 Follows established timelines
Qualifications:
 Detail Oriented
 Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word and Excel
 Technical Writing experience
