Internship in Government Affairs

FSU’s Chief Government Affairs Officer is looking for an intern.

“We are launching our “Advocate for Florida State” website tomorrow, which is a grassroots site where our alumni, friends, students, faculty and staff can participate in the legislative process. We will need someone to help us update the site on a regular basis. This means the intern would need to monitor the issues of the day, including the budget. Yes, it will mean this person will need to be at the capitol monitoring the budget process or the pension reform issues or other bills moving through the process. 10 hours a week would be fine. I have space in my office with a computer and phone. I believe this would be a wonderful opportunity for a few months.”

The website went live today.

Let me know if you are interested.
