Northeast Florida Library Information Network (NEFLIN)

NEFLIN is a multitype library cooperative serving 550 libraries in 24 counties of northeast Florida. www.neflin.org

This internship provides 3 credit hours. It will assist NEFLIN in providing discounts on products that libraries purchase through the NEFLIN Vendor Discount Program.

Responsibilities include:

· Contact existing vendors in Discount Program.

· Survey NEFLIN membership to find additional vendors for Discount Program.

· Gather information about new discounts and add them to the Discount Program website.

Candidate must have the following qualifications:

· Ability to successfully communicate with vendors and library staff.

· Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Other requirements / information:

· One semester commitment.

· All work is done via phone and e-mail.
