Powers Digital Marketing Brand Ambassador

We are seeking students that are passionate about highlighting women-owned businesses to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. As a Brand Ambassador, we are expecting you to show enthusiasm about ShopFromHer.com, to love being the center of attention, and showcasing our brand as the brand to be a part of if you’re a woman that owns your own business. Some travel may be required, but only when the student’s school schedule permits. We will be hiring multiple people in this role.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

  • Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
  • Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
  • Creating website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Building rapport with customers and vendors.
  • Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.
  • Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
  • Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
  • Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
  • Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
  • Reaching out to people who sign up for ShopFromHer.com to walk them through profile setup, how to shop, and answer any questions regarding our platform.

Brand Ambassador Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Immense amounts of patience.
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to travel.

This position is an unpaid internship to start with the possibility of becoming a paid position in the future. All positions require a time commitment of between 10-15 hours per week.
