WLRN-Miami Herald radio is seeking an intern for the Spring 2012 semester in Tallahassee. The internship is with the Miami Herald/St. Petersburg Times Tallahassee bureau located at 336 E. College Ave.This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in a communications-related field.

The intern will play a big role in our coverage of the legislative session, assisting radio reporters and newspaper writers with audio gathering and production. Duties may include conducting interviews at the Capitol, writing, audio editing, web posting, and research.

The intern will need to bring a laptop and will be required to work 20 to 25 hours a week, minus Spring Break. The student will be paid $500 once the internship is successfully completed.
