Infinity Software Development is seeking driven interns for placement within our Network Services department. This position is located in our office in Tallahassee, Florida. The network services intern will perform a variety of desktop support, help desk, and IT support functions for both internal users and clients. He or she must possess good communication skills and a willingness to learn technologies in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
•    Tier 1 technical support for all IT-related functions, including desktop configuration and set-up, software troubleshooting, and installation of software and peripherals.

This progressively-responsible position will allow for increased areas of responsibility and opportunities as the selected candidate gains knowledge and meets performance expectations.

Interns at Infinity Software will have exposure to a wide variety of technologies, including networking infrastructure set-up and support, enterprise-class SAN, data backup and recovery, a variety of Microsoft Windows Server environments, and more.
