IMMEDIATE NEED: OPS job opening for a DNS administrator on the campus DNS server. The core network group is responsible for the Internet, backbone and other complex networks here at FSU. We also do the network management of the core, edge and wireless networks operated by ITS. We can provide opportunities for students with interest in these areas. One student in the past worked on gathering statistical data on wireless access patterns throughout campus. This provided us valuable information for the design of the new FSUSecure wireless SSID.
