Account Manager – Client Retention

The Associate Client Partner collaboratively partners with account executives to maximize client satisfaction, retention and growth. This dynamic team model ensures that our largest clients are being effectively served and that the entire account team can achieve monthly goals and quotas. They develop and document a deep understanding of each client’s business and challenges along with key milestones and measures of success. They will also interpret, anticipate and service client needs, from onboarding through renewal.

Key responsibilities include:

Building relationships with our existing clients ensuring they are engaged and getting value from their Gartner services.
Proactively working with the clients to understand their current initiatives and aligning Gartner research and expertise to these initiatives.
In order for Gartner to maintain its growth it is imperative we do not lose our existing clients therefore this is a role of high importance to the organisation. The Client partner is measured on client retention.
Client Partner’s manage the client relationship in conjunction with the sales team and so must develop strong partnerships with them.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or four years of business experience
New graduates: 1-2 business internships and/or other work experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong computer proficiency
Interest/experience in the technology industry
Prioritization and resource utilization skills
Rapport building skills
