Qualifications required: Bachelors degree, or other related training/degree, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, experience with a content management system (CMS), great communications and face-to-face customer/client relationship

Preferred experience/skills:

  • Computer hardware/software support
  • IT help-desk Web design Graphic design

Primary Responsibilities:
Support office computer hardware and other machines General PC setup and maintenance; Troubleshooting office hardware and software issues; Provide help-desk for Staff, train and troubleshoots technical issues; Provide technical assistance for website users; Research, evaluate, test and install new devices and applications.
Maintain content on website Manage and update website content – basic HTML knowledge required; Understanding of web site design and functionality best practices; Creates, manipulates and edits graphics for web – basic Adobe Photoshop knowledge required; Work with web site vendor to coordinate updates, enhancements and maintenance; Design and builds e-blasts.
Contribute to marketing efforts and creative strategy Assist in coordinating communication efforts; Writing, editing, proofing and graphic design.
Occasionally help with events in evenings or weekends
