Qualifications
A High school diploma or equivalency and two years experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to four years.

This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities
Responsible for providing technical support for internal desktop systems, software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
Installs, configures, and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, printers, servers, and network issues.
Serves as a principal point of contact to answer inquiries and initiate resolution of problems.
