Primary responsibility includes managing data in Raiser’s Edge Enterprise fundraising software, Paciolan Ticketing System and Salesforce CRM software, and assisting the marketing and sales department with communications and events. College degree and advanced Excel and Access knowledge required. Experience in a data management role required, including: building reports, queries or importing. Experience preferred with Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, or Paciolan. Must be highly detail oriented and be able to prioritize while handling multiple job responsibilities. Additionally be able to communicate effectively and gain a well rounded understanding of all parts of the business, to ensure to the most proficient reports are being generated to facilitate needs.
Job duties: Primary Salesforce database manager, used by a six person sales team. Importing records from Raiser’s Edge or Ticket database, creating output reports and updating the database structure and functionality to meet the sales team’s needs. Supporting fundraising and marketing staff by creating complex queries/exports and reports; including merging, manipulating and formatting lists in various ways often utilizing access and excel. Assist occasionally with updating records Training new users in multiple databases; creating training documentation
Assist marketing and sales department: Building e-blasts and creating the mailing lists Updating content on website Proofing and editing content for web or hard copy Assist with light graphic design for web/e-blast, or marketing materials Creating flyers and other marketing materials Assisting with events in various capacities, occasionally on evenings or weekends
