Responsibilities include:
Selling DCI products and services within assigned territory.
Performing basic research on prospects.
Developing client relationships and referrals.
Updating Company CRM with accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, opportunity status, and follow-up activities within assigned territory.
Creating and conducting effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify the agency problems, the effects of the problems, and the DCI solutions to their problems.
Meeting and/or exceeding assigned productivity goals and/or quotas on a regular basis.
Assisting in the implementation of the company marketing plans as needed.
Maintaining current job and industry knowledge pertaining to assigned sales accounts.
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Candidate must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or law enforcement/public safety sales experience
Experience with enterprise software solutions preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
Proficient knowledge of Gmail and Google Docs
Willingness to travel
All DCI employees are required to pass a background check and drug test.
