The College of Education, an ITAPP partner, is looking for an OPS IT Technician to provide wonderful customer service and technical support to our faculty and staff. This position can either be part time (20 hours) or full time.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, communicates clearly, follows instructions well, and is a team player. Responsibilities include providing desktop support for both Windows and Mac, installing peripherals, troubleshooting software/hardware issues, and assisting with inventory.
