Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree and two years of directly related experience.
Requirements
Knowledge of database functionality and development
Shill in trouble shooting technical problems arising in Human Resources IT environment
Skill in recommending HRIT upgrades, programs, procedures and training
Skill in developing clear communication for distribution
Ability to prioritize and organize work and meet deadlines
Ability to present technical information to technical and non-technical users, work in a team environment, and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to track and report all IT inventory
This position requires a police background check.
Preferred
Knowledge of PC and web programming; concepts, practices and procedures for computer support; HTML, Cold Fusion and SQL.
Other Information
Special consideration will be given to FSU employees.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for supporting HR (Human Resources) employees with computer hardware and software installation, training, security, integrity and problem resolution. Responsible for hardware inventory tracking and recommendation for HRIT budget. Assists in managing space utilization in HR. Manages technical infrastructure of the HR offices.
