WTWC NBC 40 in Tallahassee, Florida has a great opportunity for you! We are seeking a Master Control Supervisor.

You will be responsible for the supervision of broadcast operations including setting up, controlling and monitoring television broadcasting equipment to transmit television programs and commercials to the viewing audience. Additional responsibilities will include station programming and program changes.

Requirements:

–          Dependability as on call emergency response for operators

–          Provide continuous training and guidance to operators

–          Dependability and attention to detail are essential

–           Knowledge of computers and an aptitude for operating electronic equipment required

–          Television or radio experience required

–          Excellent problem solving skills

–          Familiar with FCC regulations concerning TV broadcasting

–          Solid communication and interpersonal skills

–          Staff recruitment and development skills

–          Strong leadership skills
