Collections and Exhibit Assistant @ Florida Historic Capitol Museum

This is independent work performing collections management administrative tasks at the Florida Historic Capitol Museum. The Collections and Exhibits Assistant supports the Historic Capitol Museum’s Director of Research and Programming and Exhibits Manager by creating and coordinating records, handling artifacts, and providing general assistance of exhibits and collections initiatives

The Florida Historic Capitol Museum, operated by the Florida Legislature, is the State’s museum of political history. Three floors of long-term and special temporary exhibits offer visitors a glimpse of Florida’s historic moments within an iconic preservation project: the restored 1902 Historic Capitol building. The Museum is free and open to the public 363 days a year with a robust calendar of special programming.
