Metadata and Digital Scholarship Librarian @ Albright College, Reading, PA

Albright College, a dynamic liberal arts college in Reading, PA, invites applications for a Metadata and Digital Scholarship Librarian. The successful candidate must have a Master’s Degree from an ALA-accredited institution and three years of professional experience. One year of supervisory experience and experience in an academic setting are preferred. This position requires demonstrated knowledge of cataloging rules; metadata standards such as AACR2, RDA, MARC21, BIBFRAME, RDF, and Dublin Core; and current trends in digital scholarship. Experience with a bibliographic utility such as OCLC and familiarity with integrated library systems, and database searching and instruction is expected. Experience with the Dewey Decimal system is preferred.
