Program Coordinator – Library Access Services @ Emory University

Oxford College of Emory University seeks an individual to coordinate significant library functions including but not limited to access services: circulation, interlibrary loan, Atlanta/Oxford requests.

 

Specifically, the person in this position will coordinate all aspects of access services for the library and the Information Desk, the primary service point for the library.

The individual will be totally responsible for all library operations, facilities, technologies, supervision of student employees and in depth research assistance and consultation for students, faculty, and staff for ten plus hours each week including some night and weekend hours each month.

The coordinator provides access to and teaches students and faculty how to use a variety of information discovery systems, including over 730 databases and almost 83,000 e-journals.

The staff member serves as a member of internal library teams such as daily operations, student employees, and reserves.
