The University of South Florida Libraries Tampa Campus is seeking an energetic, well organized, and enthusiastic individual to serve as Special Collections Catalog Librarian. The Special Collections Catalog Librarian creates, enhances, and maintains original and complex bibliographic and authority records for a wide range of special collections materials in various formats. USF Libraries seeks applicants who have an interest in and/or experience engaging with evolving descriptive metadata models and standards. This is a 12-month, non-tenure-track library faculty position. An ALA accredited degree in MLIS is required. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in special collections/rare book cataloging.
