The Florida Virtual Campus invites applications for the full-time position of Data Quality Manager, # 122930. This position is responsible for providing support to the Lead Reports Specialist position, and manages the Data Quality workgroup by coordinating the work to keep data housed in the Integrated Library System (bibliographic ,patron, and statistical) accurate and up to date; coordinating problem-resolution activities for FALSC -related databases; overseeing maintenance of FALSC-related applications databases to ensure high quality; and by providing services for external customers to support their data and report needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and three years of progressively responsible systems-level experience with an integrated library automation system and web-based library services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience preferred.
- Ability to frame issues and formulate plans.
- Strong customer service orientation, with advanced analytical and problem-solving
skills to assess and respond creatively to administrative/management issues and
technical challenges.
Salary Range: $70,000 – 78,000/annually
Location: This position will be located in either the Gainesville or Tallahassee office.
