Virtual Learning Librarian @UNF

As a member of the Instruction team, this library faculty position participates in the planning, coordination, delivery, and assessment of the library’s virtual services including online instruction, research consultations, chat/email/text research assistance, and the Library’s Virtual Learning Center (VLC). Promotes and maintains an understanding of the evolving role of active teaching, learning, and research through innovative instruction. Demonstrates knowledge of best practices and current trends in all areas related to research and information literacy with the purpose of continuously improving services. Documents and assesses the activities, effectiveness, and needs of library services and programs through statistical analysis, formal reports, and presentations. Provides virtual services and information literacy instruction to faculty and students in accordance with professional guidelines. Works under the general supervision of the Head of Instruction.
