** This is working for the state and it is a 12 month contract in Tallahassee, Fl.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user staff
· Technical communication order form knowledge
· Familiarity with basic telephony terminology
· Video/data/voice networking knowledge
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
· Basics forms management
· Experience with electronic filing and drives
Expertise in use of MS Office especially MS Word and Excel
· Expertise in use of MS Office especially MS Word and Excel
· Phone courtesy and customer service experience Data entry experience
Education/Experience
High School Graduate, GED or equivalent and two years of networking, telecommunications or technical administrative experience. Technical Degree and Certifications may substitute for experience.
Tasks
· Keep inventory and receive stock as requested by the unit manager.
· Access and make basic changes to the Active Directory system
· Create general reports as needed/requested
· Access Call Center System and draft reports.
· Deliver training and information on call center reports
· Utilize the automated Virtual Private Network Form system and proof, track and submit requests for provider services as necessary.
· Monitor and assist with video conferencing calls
