POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Web and Portal Developer will assist the Business team as needed with application support, development and documentation.

DUTIES:

  • Support web site content management operations by maintaining content management software and manual web site updates as needed.
  • Support the CBS teams in development activities through programming and programming assistance
  • Support the CBS teams in supporting applications through end-user support and system configuration
  • Support the CBS teams in release management through programming, configuration, and other release management activities as assigned.
  • Assist all CBS teams with reporting and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of and recent experience with programming basics, web technologies and systems integration through formal coursework or related work experience.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in Web programming in JAVA, ColdFusion, .NET or ASP
  • Proficiency in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Project, Visio
  • Experience in web site design and usability standards
  • Experience in Flash design and Action Script programming
  • Experience in graphics for web site design
  • Experience with WebTrends Analytics or other web site analytics programs
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, &java_script
