Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 3. Develop Training Materials: Develop training materials as we implement new functionality and work with others to ensure accuracy and simplicity. 4. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of updates and changes in identity tools and resources, and communicate
these changes amongst the relevant teams. 5. Troubleshoot Issues: Assist in troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the use and implementation of identity management tools.
