Five FSU-SLIS faculty on journal's most cited articles list

Five faculty members of The Florida State University School of Library & Information Studies are among the authors of the top 25 research articles cited in the journal Library & Information Science Research since 2007, according to Elsevier. Articles by Drs. Melissa Gross, Don Latham, Besiki Stvilia, Corinne Jörgensen, and Gary Burnett are named in the “Most Cited Library & Information Science Research Articles,” extracted from SciVerse Scopus. Two FSU-SLIS doctoral program graduates, Drs. Paul Jaeger and Kim Thompson, are also on the list.

Library & Information Science Research is “a cross-disciplinary and refereed journal” that “focuses on the research process in library and information science as well as research findings and, where applicable, their practical applications and significance,” according to Elsevier, “all papers are subject to a double-blind reviewing process.”
