We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time position available under the general direction of the Network Administrator to perform a variety of troubleshooting tasks including computers, network connections, operating systems and related applications, peripheral and communication equipment to determine cause and resolution of problems encountered by physicians and staff of Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic.  Applicant must have advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, servers, and other aspects of troubleshooting management information systems and equipment.  Must have strong analytical and creative problem solving skills, with exceptional customer service orientation.  Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines.  Must have the ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team.

Position requires Associates degree in computer science or equivalent education with at least one year of relevant work experience in support of computer systems, applications, networks, and telecommunications in a help desk role.  A+ or other industry certification preferred.
