Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the daily front line support of our customers via email and telephone as well as troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues our customers may experience. The position provides technical support for level one and two escalation issues via helpdesk and performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Required Experience: The successful candidate will have knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, SQL, TCP/IP communication and Web/Wireless technologies; experience with documenting procedures in a call tracking system and the ability to troubleshoot and articulate technical procedures as needed. Candidate must have the ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues. Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience is a must. The ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors along with excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Education: Minimum associate’s degree in information technology or in a discipline related to such or equivalent job experience.
