The graduate program in Library & Information Studies at the FSU College of Information has been ranked tenth in the nation by U.S. News & World Report . The college was also ranked for excellence in specific areas–first in Services for Children and Youth, fifth in School Library Media, and tenth in Information Systems.

The U.S. News & World Report guidebook, “America’s Best Graduate Schools 2007,” ranks the academic quality of 50 schools with master’s degree programs accredited by the American Library Association.
