Jackson Properties is looking for a Marketing Intern who is creative, goal-oriented, and wanting to further their knowledge/experience in marketing. This is an in person role at our office. The marketing intern will work in collaboration with the marketing supervisor on daily tasks and larger projects. This internship can and will lead to other employment opportunities within the company.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Understand and implement branding efforts across platforms
• Communicate with prospects and current tenants
• Plan and attend in and out of office events
• Contribute ideas and perspectives to not only marketing needs but the needs of the office as a whole
• Create print and web based product for distribution

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ample understanding of Google Suite
• Proficient in Canva
• Proficient in Photoshop/ Lightroom preferred
• Graphic Design skills

Education and Experience::

• Currently enrolled college level student
• Ideally studying a relevant field to marketing
• Some social media marketing experience preferred
