instructions to end-users is important in-service delivery and the candidate should be prepared to spend time in this area.
A successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. They should be able to learn to document existing & new processes, convey technical information to technical and non-technical users, and also be able to review current documentation for
usability. A candidate should be able to utilize problem solving skills, which is a critical skill in the information technology industry. Candidates should have an open mind to learning new technical skills.
