administration in a modern IT department. This specific role is with a team that focuses primarily on Microsoft server and cloud technologies including Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL Server services, Microsoft SharePoint services,
Microsoft’s Azure Platform, and other related technologies. Documentation skills are also extremely important in complex computer environments with the ever-changing landscape and technological improvements that are released on a regular basis. Conveying ideas and
instructions to end-users is important in-service delivery and the candidate should be prepared to spend time in this area.

A successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. They should be able to learn to document existing & new processes, convey technical information to technical and non-technical users, and also be able to review current documentation for
usability. A candidate should be able to utilize problem solving skills, which is a critical skill in the information technology industry. Candidates should have an open mind to learning new technical skills.
