This is an entry level functional analyst position that will be responsible for assisting with all ERP Financial modules. This position will participate in a financial system upgrade and updating test scripts. This position will also assist with monitoring our ticketing system and ensure time resolutions.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Support all ERP Financial Modules
2. Review and assist with resolving customer support cases
3. Assist with completing various reconciliations between modules and systems
4. Do upgrade testing and revise test scripts
