Web and Information Technology Internship
2027 Spring Semester
***Hybrid in Downtown Tallahassee***
The Florida Behavioral Health Association (FBHA) is seeking a motivated Florida State University student intern to assist with the migration of our current website platform to a new WordPress-based website. The right candidate will work with FBHA staff to help transfer, organize, and review website content, documents, images, links, and other digital resources while helping ensure the new site is accurate, accessible, well-organized, and easy to maintain.
This internship is ideal for an FSU student studying Information Technology, or Information, Communication and Technology, or a related field who is interested in gaining hands-on experience with a real-world website migration project. Responsibilities may include working within WordPress, formatting and organizing web content, identifying and correcting broken links, assisting with document and image migration, performing quality assurance testing, and helping improve the overall organization and usability of the new site.
Experience with WordPress, HTML/CSS, website content management, basic scripting, or web accessibility is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable learning new technologies, and able to work independently while collaborating with FBHA staff. The intern will gain practical experience in website administration, content migration, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and project management.
