She attributes much of her success to the ICT program. Through her “well-rounded background,” she is able to lean on every day, she has found success in her capabilities. “I can do a little bit of everything, which is exactly what’s needed to be a sharp and agile communicator.” Eagle continues to keep an “I can do or learn anything” mindset throughout her career.
When asked what advice she would give to students deciding between a career in tech or communications, she told CCI that “either can be a good challenge or pay very well, you just have to work hard and be strategic with your experience.” Eagle added, “Make sure you’re doing something every day that positions you to be a powerhouse of an employee to the point that any business or organization can see the benefit in hiring you.”
Eagle looks forward to implementing her leadership skills in this new role. With a Master of Business Administration attained from Florida State University in 2018, she continues to utilize the skills she developed during her education. As she takes on more responsibilities at Disney, she feels incredibly fulfilled.
