Feed Your Brain is a series of talks and panels on various emerging topics and student interests. The sessions create a learning environment that is relaxed and interactive, giving you the opportunity to meet experienced individuals in an intimate setting and pick their brain to feed yours. Topics this semester have ranged from social media, entrepreneurship, and whether or not to go to grad school.

10/30 – Keeping up with New Technology (Prof. Geoffrey Miller)
11/1 – Securing an Internship (Career Center + Current Interns)
11/27 – Launch your Own Business (Prof. Farhood Basiri)
11/29 – Entrepreneurship/Design (Nadia Kamal-Onyx CEO, Prof. Jonathan Adams)
There are two more Feed Your Brain Events scheduled for this semester. The first concerns the impending finals- Former Principal and Georgia Teacher of the Year John McRae will teach techniques and strategies to study for and tackle those dreaded exams. It will be held in Shores, Room 006, at 5:30, tomorrow, December 5, from 5:30-6:30.
The second event is entitled Designing for the Mobile Web and will address the intricacies of creating websites that function in the mobile-device environment. It will also be held in Shore Room 006, on Thursday, December 6 from 12-1 p.m.
