Institute paper receives 'Highly Commended Award'

A 2006 paper published by John Carlo Bertot, John T. Snead, Paul T. Jaeger, and Charles R. McClure at the FSU College of Information’s Information Use Management and Policy Institute has received a “Highly Commended Award” as part of Emerald’s 2007 Literati Network Awards for Excellence. The recognition came for the paper “Functionality, usability, and accessibility: iterative user-centered evaluation strategies for digital libraries” published in Performance Measurement and Metrics: The International Journal for Library Information Services (Volume 7 Number 1 2006 pp. 17-28).
